| I would like to take this opportunity to recommend the services of Medical Practice Consulting Group. David Carter and his partners have provided us with sound direction in starting a new medical practice. They have guided us through many issues with credentialing and billing practices and policies for our business. Compared to our previous experience with other practices, our 60, 90 and 120 day AR rates are exceptionally good. We receive thorough billing reports promptly each month. The process is entirely transparent and I can review our accounts at any time from the billing and scheduling software provided. They often make recommendations as to our patterns of billing that may be improved. Our charges are reviewed by a certified coder who will assist with the appropriate ICD-9 and CPT codes as well as modifiers for any of our cases.
Although the technical expertise at MPCG has been extremely valuable to my practice, the attentiveness of the people there has really stood out. They put in many hours making sure we were ready to go on our first day. They worked not only to train our staff but also with our IT service to be sure the system would be up and running for us, spending time on the weekends and evenings to meet our start date. They spent several days on site during our first month long after the initial training was completed and have returned as needed. They have been immediately available to assist us each and every time we have called upon them.
